European Aquatics will be engaging today with the annual European Union initiative of European Week of Sports (EWoS).
Running from September 23 to 30, the 2026 edition marks the 12th year of a campaign which has promoted physical activity and sport throughout the continent using the theme of #BeActive your way.
The EA’s national federations have been invited to be part of the initiative by associating their activities with the #BeActive campaign, which will feature thousands of activities coordinated by the European Commission and national partners.
Within this timeframe EA is staging two of important events – leg 3 of the EA Open Water Swimming Cup at Razanac in Croatia, and the men’s Water Polo Super Cup at Barcelona on September 30.
Look out on our social media channels for testimonials from athletes during the two upcoming events.
EWoS seeks to promote physical activity and sport for all ages and abilities through its mission of combating inactivity and encouraging healthier lifestyles.
