INTEGRITY

In accordance with the European Aquatics Integrity Code, to report any ethics integrity concerns, please send an email to Marc Cavaliero at the following address mc@cavaliero-cambreleng.com. Marc Cavaliero, a Swiss attorney-at-law, is currently acting as European Aquatics Ethics Officer on an interim basis.

According to art. 16.1 of the Integrity Code, any person may report an alleged Integrity Code Violation. When submitting a report, please:

1. explain the nature of the wrongdoing (doping, competition manipulation, abuse/harassment, corruption etc) ;
2. mention the possible legal basis/es of the Integrity Code possibly infringed;
3. describe the person or organisation subject of your complaint (e.g. job title, federation, role in the sport) and give as many details as possible;
4. describe the incident(s) at stake with as many details as possible,
5. submit any supporting document, such as picture, video, emails, messages, articles etc, which may support your report.
