Congress 2026 · Baku
Baku, Azerbaijan · 8–10 October 2026
For many years, this was the moment you would have received the printed Financial Report and Activity Report at the accreditation desk. This year, that welcome continues in a new form — personal, and entirely paper-free.
Enter the e-mail address used for your registration, and we will prepare your Congress documents.
Your e-mail address never leaves your device: a one-way code is used to find your pack. Nothing is stored or shared.
Thank you for opening your Congress documents here instead of taking a printed brochure.
This is your element — kept clean.
Your documents are ready below — handed to you on arrival, as they always have been. Only this time, without a single printed page.
The 2026 Congress has concluded. Its materials remain available here as part of the European Aquatics archive.
This personal digital welcome has been designed and delivered for European Aquatics by EPAM, digital engineering partner of the aquatics community.
