European Aquatics is aware of public comments circulating following the disqualification of two swimmers, Bettina Fabian and David Betlehem, at the recent open water swimming competition in Razanac, Croatia. In the spirit of openness and transparency, we are publishing the Jury of Appeal decisions in full.

In addition, European Aquatics will refer the full sequence of events, both during and following the competition, to its Integrity Unit for an independent review of the claims raised and to determine whether any violations of the European Aquatics Integrity Code may have occurred.
