In a strategic collaboration to promote Aquatics Social Responsibility, European Aquatics and its partner EPAM Systems, Inc., a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company, are proud to announce the launch of a regional employee health and well-being initiative.

Launching as a pilot programme in Hungary, the initiative aims to immerse EPAM Hungary team members in aquatic sports, employing the slogan: “Let’s Swim Together.”

Further, European Aquatics has entered into a strategic partnership with EPAM to enhance its digital presence and future growth in 2025. Based on the results of the pilot program, European Aquatics and EPAM plan to expand the initiative throughout the EU region. This unique value proposition will invite clients to strengthen their ESG efforts.

“We’re excited to take the first steps in what we hope will be a Europe-wide well-being programme for businesses,” said European Aquatics President Antonio Silva, who travelled to Budapest to take part in the launch initiative.

During the first phase of the “Let’s Swim Together” initiative, European Aquatics and the Hungarian Swimming Federation will offer a series of aquatic-training programs exclusively for EPAM Hungary employees.

To instill the spirit of the initiative, EPAM Hungary employees received EPAM-branded swim caps with the same design as those for EU Aquatics events.

The swim caps will be dedicated at the official launch of the aquatic-training programmes this February by World and European Championship medalist Anna Olasz, who has made significant contributions to women in sports and health initiatives across Europe, embodying values on well-being, diversity and inclusion.
