• Accreditation of courses

European Aquatics under the Strategic Plan 2024-2028 and action plan for 2024 is enacting a comprehensive policy to promote the education, development and registration of coaches across the continent.

The European Aquatics Academy (EAA) is the entity assigned to design and disseminate officials’ courses in tandem to World Aquatics guidelines and according to the Technical Committee recommendations, including:

1. 
   
   1. The offer of formal courses (3 tiers: level 1, level 2 and level 3) in all aquatic disciplines.
   2. The offer of lifelong learning initiatives in the form of clinics and other modalities to all aquatic disciplines (2 mandatory refreshment courses every year for one to be on the roster for coming EA competitions in the following year).
