European Aquatics is proud to unveil Swim Safe Europe, the newly rebranded Learn to Swim initiative aimed at transforming water safety education across the continent. This change reflects our commitment to enhancing water competence and safety for communities everywhere. The rebranding to Swim Safe Europe marks a pivotal moment in our mission to ensure that aquatics education is accessible and resonates with a broader audience while emphasising the importance of drowning prevention and water safety skills.

The program, previously known as Learn to Swim, has undergone this transformation through extensive collaboration led by the Aquatics Social Responsibility (ASR) program. With input from the Aquatics development team and alignment with our strategic vision, Swim Safe Europe seeks to provide essential training for children aged 3-12 from diverse backgrounds, equipping them with the skills to navigate aquatic environments safely and confidently.

As part of this new initiative, we remain dedicated to creating a culture of safety around water, encouraging partnerships that foster community engagement in water safety education. Swim Safe Europe not only redefines our approach to aquatics education but also embodies our commitment to protecting both individuals and the aquatic environments they cherish. Through this evolution, we aim to build a safer, more inclusive aquatic environment for generations to come.
